David W. Smith II

Attorney

David W. Smith II is a native of Oklahoma City. He graduated from Westmoore High School in 1999. After obtaining his B.A. in Political Science and minors in German and History from the University of Oklahoma in 2003, he taught English through the Fulbright Commission in Austria. After returning home, he attended Oklahoma City School of Law where he graduated in 2008. In 2007, Mr. Smith earned the CALI award for receiving the highest grade in E-Commerce. During his two years in Austria, Mr. Smith learned fluent German and offers his clients consultations in both English and German.

Mr. Smith is a member of the Oklahoma Bar Association and has been admitted to practice law in Oklahoma since 2008. In addition, Mr. Smith is also admitted to practice in the United States District Court for the Western District of Oklahoma and the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Western District of Oklahoma.
